The Potting Shed

Fortunately we weren't affected by road closures for the arrival of the Commonwealth Games Queen's baton at Rowheath this morning, because by 10.00 the baton had moved on.

Richard led a group of eight to the Potting Shed at Lydiate Ash, with a slight diversion via Chadwich Lane when we found Quantry Lane blocked even to cyclists by road works near the tip.

Warm, dry, mostly cloudy.
