Bromsgrove Garden Centre

 A pleasant day for a bike ride to Bromsgrove Garden Centre at Littleheath Lane. Ten riders today managed to squeeze into the busy cafe there. All of us hoped that Richard O, after his accident, will be back with us soon. The route is here

Wednesday 18 February Desco Lounge Shirley

 Wednesday's ride was to the Desco Lounge in Shirley. A tried and tested route on a very cold but dry day. Six riders who were glad to get home so that they could warm themselves up. The route is here

Costa Brindley Place

 Sun at last!! but very very cold. 5 out on ride into town via the Blue route to Costa. Very busy. Back via Edgbaston Reservoir which was very full at last, then Harborne Walkway back to Rowheath. The route is here

The Wave Earlswood

Birmingham University Music Room

 6 out on a damp and cold morning. It was nice to see the return of Liz following her Welsh adventure. We went to a new venue in Birmingham University's square below Big Joe which was good. The rain on the return was not! The route is here

The Garden Cafe Cannon Hill Park

 12 riders out today on dry and bright morning. We split into two groups with one going to Cannon Hill via the canal and the park while the others went via Yardley Wood the route for this ride is here. As the MAC was very busy we went to the Garden Cafe.

The Potting Shed Lydiate Ash

 The Wednesday group first ride to the Potting Shed at Lydiate Ash this new year. A very cold but bright and sunny day with no wind. A lot of water coming off the fields near to Lydiate Ash. However, no ice as was forecast which put many people off coming out. Five riders. The route is here

The Exchange Broad Street

 On the first dry Saturday for a long time but very cold and windy,  14 riders met up but only 13 went on the ride down the canal into town.  Returning along the river Rea route with some sunshine!  The route is here

Starbucks Maypole

7 out on a bright and sunny ride to the Maypole. Flood on Primrose Hill meant the party split with some going via Druids Heath to avoid Gay Hill. The route is  here

The Exchange
