Blake Street to Lichfield to Sutton Coldfield

An enjoyable longer ride, led by Nick, from Blake Street station to Lichfield, then on to Sutton Coldfield station through Sutton Park.  The early route took us through quiet country lanes and villages with scenic views in bright sunshine.  After a coffee break in Fisherwick and lunch near Lichfield cathedral, we had more cloud and a chilly wind, but no rain.

Seven riders on a wet morning going along the Blue route into town to the Exchange. Returning via the canal.

The Potting Shed

An impressive turnout of 12 for a chilly and wet start to a ride to the Potting Shed, the long way round.  Dry until we got to the café, then drizzle again on the way home.
