Two rides today - The Bluebell ride and Lizzie's Farm

 10 out on the annual Bluebell ride. Mild  day and bluebells were good especially in Great Farley Woods. Met up with Richard A's brother at the cafe. The route is here 

7 of us went to Lizzie's Farm on the usual route.  We also saw some bluebells in Balaam Wood as you go into Frankley estate.  Went back down the Bristol Road but over the bridge at Longbridge and down Longbridge Lane to avoid the glass under the bridge.

Dickens Heath

 Today's ride was to Costa at Dickens Heath via the Stratford Canal.. There were 7 riders starting although for the first time ever we managed to lose 2 after setting off from Rowheath. Luckily through telephone messages and knowing our destination the 2 managed to meet us at Dickens Heath together with Bob. So 8 on the return trip. We were lucky with the weather avoiding any rain although there were gusty winds. The route is here

Wednesday 8 April - Ride to The Potting Shed

 On such a warm and pleasant day we decided to go to the Potting Shed at Lydiate Ash so we could sit outside. The route was a familiar one via Waseley Hills. Managed to get the last outside table at the Cafe. Nine riders. The route is here

The Ebbdon Kitchen (formally J.Js)

 Six riders to The Ebbdon Kitchen{formally J.J's} at Drakes Cross. A dull but dry day with lighter winds than last week. Icknield Street and Primrose Hill junction still flooded and all of us got our feet wet getting through. The route is here
