A drizzly start, brighter and dry later. Richard led eight riders to Beckett's Farm, where we were shocked to discover that the price of a cup of coffee has risen from £2.95 to £3.25 since our last visit.

John led six riders to Arrow Valley. The return route took into account that some riders who are happy to go down Wast Hills Lane are distinctly less enthusiastic when it comes to going up.

Sixteen riders split into two groups for a ride to Lizzie's Farm at Lydiate Ash. The groups took slightly different routes on the way out, then stayed together for the return trip.

John led four riders to Earlswood garden centre, with an extra loop - and a few more hills - on the way out. Milder than last week, overcast and breezy.
