Morso café, Alvechurch and Sarehole Mill
John led a group of eight to Morso café in Alvechurch, returning via the canal as far as Wast Hills Lane. The towpath is narrow and rutted in places, but the scenery on a warm summer's day is lovely.

Steven took seven to Sarehole Mill, as usual following the River Cole route from Ackers in Small Heath.

Lower Park Fisheries, Redditch
A 20 mile round trip to a new destination. We were given a friendly welcome at the the café at the fisheries, which is open every day and has plenty of outdoor and indoor seating.

Surprisingly with such fine weather just eight attended, led by Steven to Lizzie's Farm, outward mostly by Route 5, returning through Gannow Park and along Frogmill Walk.
